The Training

  • 3,5 years in the com­pany and at the trade school Glauchauer Berufs­förderung e.V. in Waldenburg
  • BSZ voca­tional edu­ca­tion cen­tre “August Horch“ in Zwickau in a mod­u­lar system
  • Basic edu­ca­tion in metal tech­nol­ogy and elec­tri­cal engi­neer­ing, prac­ti­cal train­ing in the pro­duc­tion process
  • Cham­ber of Indus­try and Com­merce (IHK) qual­i­fi­ca­tion planned for Feb­ru­ary 2020, addi­tional qual­i­fi­ca­tions on request
  • Intro­duc­tion to the fol­low­ing tasks:
  • Assem­bly: assem­blies and pre-assem­blies, final assem­bly of machines and equipment
  • Elec­tri­cal assem­bly and switch cab­i­net wiring
  • Startup pro­ce­dures and train­ing at the com­pany and at the customer’s premises
  • Repair, main­te­nance and ser­vice work at the com­pany and at the customer’s premises

What we expect from you

  • A good sec­ondary school cer­tifi­cate, good achieve­ments in sci­ence and maths
  • Inter­est in the trade and the machine build­ing industry
  • Tech­ni­cal apti­tude and craftsmanship
  • Team­work, fast and effi­cient work
  • Ini­tial prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence (prac­ti­cal school train­ing, hol­i­day job)
  • Knowl­edge of for­eign lan­guages desirable
